Returns Policy

In the following circumstances, sellers are responsible for the shipping fee of returns:
 

  • There is a discrepancy between the received product and what was stated in the original order (including not limited to product size, model, style, color, and quantity).

  • The received product is defective (including but not limited to poor quality and products damaged in transit).

  • A received product is not as described (including but not limited to product use and features).
     

Except for these circumstances, customers are responsible for the shipping fee of returns.

If a shipment incurs import duties and tax charges in order to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.
 

If country has stricter consumer rights protection laws than the terms of this Returns Policy, the seller agrees to adopt the stricter laws when the buyer resides in the same country.

  • What are the shipping options offered?
    1.Thailand post shipping in Thailand 2.DHL Express, UPS (Most orders will be shipped UPS, however we do utilize USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac as well.
  • Can I change my shipping information once my order has been placed?

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Depending on seller’s origin country to your destination country, the delivery time ranges from 5-19 working days. We wish to highlight that depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery. Rest assured that for every order with us, you will be able to track your parcel via a tracking code once an order has been made.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    We currently ship to around the world. Leave a note and let us know where else you want us to ship to.
  • Can I track my delivery status?

  • How much is the shipping fee for my order?
    The shipping fee will differ depending on your destination country and the seller that you’re making a purchase from. Your shipping fee will be reflected separately on the ‘Orders Page’.
  • How long your handling time will be between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped?
    3-5 working days.
